Salon Guidelines

Please follow and respect our guidelines & protocols

  • Please make sure to call for an appointment
  • Walk-ins are temporarily not accepted
  • We will be sending you a digital consultation form via email
  • This must be completed correctly and honestly prior to your appointment
  • Please attend your appointment alone (this includes pets)
  • Please turn up on time to your appointment and wait outside until a member of staff brings you through
  • Please refrain from bringing any unnecessary items into the salon such as large coats or shopping as our cloakroom will be closed
  • Although we will not be able to provide refreshments or magazines at this time, please feel free to bring your own (excluding alcohol)
  • Please sanitise hands upon arrival
  • There will be disposable PPE provided for every client
  • If you require retail products, please ask a member of staff before touching
  • Temporarily we will not be doing dry-cuts or children under the age of 15

What changes you can expect at Serenity

We have created larger spaces within the salon to ensure social distancing can be adhered to. We will be sanitising/washing our hands before, during and after your visit, as well as sanitising every tool, piece of equipment, section, chair and room before and after every service.

We will be providing fresh PPE for every client and we will be using single use, biodegradable, disposable items such as gowns and towels for every client.

To help fit in appointments, we will be open 7 days a week with extended working hours. We will be working to a smaller capacity and appointments will be staggered to ensure safety for both clients and staff.

Following government guidelines, we will only be taking hair appointments. Some hair services and all beauty treatments are temporarily unavailable.

All staff will be following guidelines and protocols whilst remaining caring and professional. Although we may not be as chatty as we'd like to be, please rest assured that you'll still be getting that friendly, calming service from the capable team at Serenity.

Please be aware there will be a surcharge of £5 added onto all appointments to cover the cost of the PPE.
