Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we will always try to be reasonable. The policy exists because a chair left empty at short notice cannot be filled, and our team are paid for that time.

48 hours or moreCancel or reschedule free of charge.

Less than 48 hoursA 50% fee applies, and any deposit paid will be lost.

Less than 24 hours, or no-showThe full cost (100%) is charged, to cover the time we are unable to fill.

How to let us know

Call 01424 444946 during opening hours, leave a voicemail outside them, or cancel through online booking at any time. The salon is closed on Wednesdays. Voicemails and online bookings left while we are closed are responded to the next working day, so if your appointment falls soon after a closed day, cancelling online is the safer route — it is recorded the moment you do it.

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure them. The deposit comes off your final bill. It is lost if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend.
