Our certified Kérastase Care Coach uses K-Scan to examine your scalp and hair under magnification — density, condition, oil balance and the health of the follicles. You see exactly what we see on the screen, and anything we suggest afterwards is based on evidence rather than a guess.
A magnified look at your scalp and hair with a certified Care Coach, and a straight answer about what would genuinely help. Fifteen minutes, and the £10 comes off any treatment or product you buy the same day — so if you act on what we find, it costs you nothing. Very few salons have invested in this; we did because guessing is not good enough.

Prices are a guide. Charges may vary with hair type, length or the complexity of the look, and we will go through it with you at consultation. Colour is not available to clients under 16. Clients aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A skin test is required 48 hours before colouring and must be updated every 6 months.
